Shipping Info

Freight costs vary according to weight and size of goods purchased and location for delivery. Our Freight Company and Australia Post have very competitive rates and will ship all around Australia. Please contact us for an exact price for freight on the item you wish to purchase

Someone must be available at the designated shipping address during normal business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm) to sign for deliveries.

Ordering Info

Goods ordered can be collected in person (from Doncaster East 3109) or Shipped to anywhere in Australia. Simply contact us by phone or email to make arrangements. Payment methods are as follows~

• Direct Deposit at your local bank (Our Bank is Westpac and depositing at a Westpac bank will transfer funds immediately)
• Internet Banking
• Cash On Pick Up
• Cheque/Money Order (Cheques must be cleared before goods are sent/collected)

Refund Policy

We offer refund in the form of exchange if you are not 100% happy and notify us within 7 days of purchase, a credit for the full purchase amount (minus freight charge) is given to be used for any other item/s we stock.

Credits are only given if:

• The products are faulty and you notify us within 7 days of purchase.
• In the case of cymbals, you discuss it with us at time of sale, and notify us within seven days of purchase that you wish to exchange that Cymbal for a different sounding one.
• Are not as they were described.

A credit will not be given if:

• the goods have been damaged after purchase.
• the customer simply changes their mind (except in the case of cymbals as outlined above).
• the goods were bought for someone else who doesn't want them.

All returned goods must be in the same condition as when sold.
